Gary C. Reynolds of Pine Bluff is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Allied Tube & Conduit. Allied Tube & Conduit brings steel coils into Pine Bluff from steel mills around the world by barge. The steel is then converted to tubing and shipped out as door impact beams, fence materials, and mechanical tubing. The lower cost of waterborne transportation allows Allied Tube & Conduit to be competitive with competitors located much closer to steel suppliers. Reynolds also serves as a Director for the National Waterways Conference and the Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Port Authority. He is an at-large commissioner.
