Donald Banks

Mr. Banks represents the Ouachita River on the Commission.  He was appointed Commission of the Waterways on February 14, 2006 and his term will expire January 14, 2013.  He is a Camden business man.  Mr. Banks owns and operates Banks Pawn Shop.  He grew up fishing and hunting along the Ouachita River
